Anubias barteri 'var barteri' has stunning large dark green leaves. Like any anubias variant its a easy plant to grow in a wide range of parameters. Anubias is a great plant for beginners all the way to the experienced aquarist. It's a slow growing plant that does best in low to medium light and doesn't require CO2.
All types of Anubias can be attached to wood or rock. It's important to not bury the rhizome in your aquarium substrate or it can rot.
